CHALLENGE:
SPEED Media Agency aimed to be the leader in the media planning and buying with its dynamic and experienced team. The company decided to overcome the challenges and transformations that were experienced by the sector with a strong brand investment and a stronger strategic approach, and bought the Global Magic Brands BrandUp consulting service.
ACTION:
As GMB, we started the research process for SPEED with brand building workshops made among the expert management team. In each workshop, brand spirit, identity, concept, the motto and manifesto of brand were determined by participatory analysis methods. At the next stage, employee perception and sense of belonging analysis were carried out with ethnographic research. In-depth interviews were held with important professionals and competitors in the sector. The perceptions and expectations were determined. As a result of these analyzes, new brand positioning and launch strategy was developed. To enrich the newly created “Mathematics Agency” concept, new marketing tools such as “SATScore, Human Math” were produced and the creative brief was formed.
RESULT:
The SPEED Mathematics Agency has positioned its brand with its new concept and gained a strong leading position in hard times of its field with a professional and expert image. SPEED transformed its perception, turned into a mathematical agency, proved its measurability, and increased its number of customers and its revenue. SPEED keeps working in line with innovative strategies drawn to become one of the world’s leading media agencies.
